Trouble With PayPal?

PayPal is a secure and stable online purchasing method.  However sometimes customers encounter difficulties when trying to make a purchase.  These tips should help.  Remember that you can also make a purchase by phone at 480-766-0751.

General Troubleshooting Tips

  • When making a purchase do not use your browser back button.  Instead please use the button at the bottom of the page.
  • Remember the credit card that you use to sign up with PayPal. This info is the security info that PayPal will require if you need to call them for help.
  • Note the expiration date on the credit card. If the card expires or you get a new one you will need to update this info with your PayPal account. If you do not, PayPal will reject the attempted payment.
  • Remember that you can also make a purchase by phone at 480-766-0751

Error 5003

If you repeatedly get a message referring to "Error 5003", PayPal suggests the following procedures to clear your web browser's cache and cookies (Temporary Internet Files).
